Anybody can visit the site and judge the shirts. A funny shirt design is presented on the index page when you first enter the site. Visitors can rate the shirt from one to ten and then the next shirt is show for judging. The first shirt is also shown again with the visitor’s rating and the overall community rating. It’s one funny t-shirt after the other, a fun way to spend some time online.

It’s also advantageous for people who have already created funny t-shirts. The commercial angle to the Funny T-Shirt Contest is that members can load their own funny t-shirts and include links to their website’s buy pages. The links show up under contest entries with the title text linked and a “Buy This Shirt” button. Funny t-shirt merchants with their own ecommerce sites or CafePress.com type sites can get new sales, new site visitors and those all important back links for their sites by entering the contest.
It’s free to join and anybody can enter designs. The site is considered PG-13 so members submitting designs must conform to that relatively vague standard. It’s all about fun though. People enjoy judging the shirts and being members.
